I want to delete my account with regulate

If you've decided that you want to delete your account with us, here's how to do it:

• If you're using the iOS App, log in to your account and go to your profile page. Then, press on the cog icon (top right-hand corner), where you'll see the option to delete your account. Select this option, and then follow the steps as described on screen.

• If you have our Android App, log in to your account and go to your profile page. Then, press on the cog icon (top right-hand corner), where you'll see the option to delete your account. Select this option, and then follow the steps as described on screen.

If you don't have our App and want to delete your account, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and confirm at least two pieces of the following information:

• Your email adress;

• Your company name;

Once you have confirmed this, we'll be able proceed with deleting your account.
